Bruce and Karen Cross, Owners/winemaker
Bruce and Karen both have a BS in Pharmacy from Auburn University and are retired pharmacists. They say that if they had known chemistry could be this much fun, they would have started the winery a long time ago!
In addition to pharmacy, Bruce is a retired naval aviator and Georgia Drugs and Narcotics special agent. He enjoys woodworking, tools, planning and logistics. Bruce is now the winemaker for Trillium. He is responsible for the memorable experience in each bottle of Trillium wine. Son, Will, and daughter-in-law, Ashley Cross, join Bruce Sr, Karen and Bruce Jr in developing the perfect blends.
Karen enjoys wildflower hikes, animals, books, and all things related to the fiber arts. She is currently playing with watercolor. Karen is responsible for the wine club, website and the label stories.
Bruce and Karen Cross can be contacted at brucecross@trilliumvineyard.com.

Bruce Cross, Jr., Winery/tasting room/tour guide/label designer
Bruce has a Systems Administration degree from Silicon Valley College and attended the Savannah College of Art and Design. He has become a valued member of the team. Not only do we utilize his computer skills daily, but Bruce has become an expert in the winery lab and in making wine.
You will also see him in the tasting room, warehouse, and guiding tours. Bruce is responsible for designing Trillium’s unique wine labels. His fingerprints are all over Trillium, and we love and appreciate him!

Sunny Crane, Tasting Room Manager/Event Coordinator
Sunny is a true treasure. She was aptly named, for her sunny disposition is a constant delight. We are made in the Creator’s image, and Sunny has a rare eye for order and beauty. Her ability to create something amazing from something simple continues to astound us. She is the one who creates the atmosphere in Trillium’s tasting room. When someone hosts an event, she is the one who makes it magical. Even though you may only see her on the weekends, she works full time behind the scenes.
We laugh and tease Sunny when we can’t find an item in the tasting room. She is constantly rearranging and making things fresh. Sunny is routinely busy making things beautiful and pleasurable for our customers to enjoy. Sunny is the face of Team Trillium, and isn’t it a beautiful face?
Sunny Crane can be contacted at sunnycrane@trilliumvineyard.com.

Erik Griewisch, Vineyard Manager
Erik comes to us with an impressive background in horticulture. In addition to managing the vineyard, Erik has transformed the grounds of the tasting room with plants to delight our senses. It is not uncommon to find him in the winery as well. Erik is one of those rare individuals who sees something to be done and then does it.
Erik’s grandmother lived in Oslo. He spent his childhood summers and a year of college in Norway. He denies speaking fluent Norwegian, but it sounds fluent to the rest of us.
Erik served our country as a Marine. He knows the value of teamwork, and we are thankful to have Erik as a major part of Team Trillium. Without healthy grapes, we cannot have delicious wine!

Krissy Gibbs, Tasting Room
Krissy taught middle school in Cobb and Carroll counties for ten years. Then she home schooled her own three children for 17 years. That’s a lot of knowledge and patience!
Trillium appreciates Krissy’s steadiness and steadfastness. She is a rock. She cheerfully serves the customers and keeps the other team members’ spirits high. Her friends often turn to her for a shoulder and sage advice.
Krissy is a member of the Thursday Woolgathering group and enjoys Bible journaling, reading, and dabbling in watercolor. She won’t admit it, but she is a great cook.

Katie Berryhill, Tasting Room
Katie is married to her college sweetheart, Kyle. They have three beautiful children who keep them pretty busy. When Katie is not pouring wine, she is teaching preschool locally and homesteads on their 15 acre farm. She loves making sourdough bread, canning vegetables grown in their garden and fermenting all the things. Family is near and dear to her heart which is why she loves working at Trillium Vineyard. She enjoys meeting customers and hearing all about their week as they wind down over a glass (or bottle!) of Trillium wine. Come let Katie pamper you and make you feel part of the family. You will soon learn why Katie is a beloved member of our team!

David Gibbs, Vineyard/Huckster maintenance
David is a man of many talents, and we are thankful he shares them with Trillium. He brings his agricultural expertise to the vineyard where he helps Erik coax the best out of the vines. He is responsible for the maintenance and care of the 1929 Huckster.
David is retired from Lockheed. He enjoys playing in the dirt on his farm and brings the staff scrumptious fresh vegetables. David’s quiet spirit, wisdom, and quick wit are appreciated by all who know him.
